fees & booking

Salt & Heart Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. If you are curious about this choice, please ask and I would be happy to share more. I am happy to create a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

fee structure

Couples therapy session: $135/hr (virtual and in-person)

Individual therapy session: $120/hr (virtual and in-person)

booking policies

No refunds are permitted.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you miss the window, you will forfeit your session and will be charged a 50% session fee. If you need to cancel your session, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you miss the window, you forfeit your session and will be charged the full session fee.

Late arrivals: There will be a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals to the session. If the client does not arrive within the 10-minute grace period, the session will be canceled and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
